Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• If the item received is damaged during transit

• If the wrong product was delivered

To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Due to the sacred and personal nature of devotional products, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection by the customer

• Used items

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
