• Cancel COD orders from customers who repeatedly refuse delivery
• Restrict COD service for certain locations or users
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and location.
Radhabiharikunj is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order is handed over to the shipping partner, responsibility transfers to the courier for delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
